Terms and Conditions for Applying to Join the Community of Writers at Ted Home Care


1. Eligibility:
To apply to become a writer for Ted Home Care, applicants must be 18 years of age or older and possess expertise in at least one relevant field such as home maintenance, gardening, DIY projects, smart home technology, or interior design. Applicants should have prior writing experience, demonstrated through samples provided during the application process.

2. Submission of Application:
All applications must be submitted through the official Ted Home Care platform. Applications should include a brief professional biography, at least one original writing sample, and a list of potential article topics or areas of expertise. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

3. Content Expectations:
All content submitted to Ted Home Care must be original and unpublished. Plagiarism will not be tolerated, and any plagiarized content will result in immediate rejection of the application or termination of the collaboration if discovered after acceptance.

4. Review and Acceptance:
Our editorial team will review each application. The review process may take up to 2-4 weeks, and not all applications will be accepted. Acceptance is based on the quality of the writing sample, relevance and uniqueness of the topics proposed, and alignment with our content needs.

5. Volunteer Contribution:
Please note that this is a non-paid volunteer position. Ted Home Care offers a platform to share your knowledge and passion with a broad audience, enhancing your personal brand and professional network without monetary compensation.

6. Onboarding:
Accepted writers will be contacted via email with further instructions on our content guidelines, the editorial process, and how to submit articles. New writers may undergo a trial period during which their articles will be subject to more rigorous review.

7. Intellectual Property:
Upon publication, all content becomes the property of Ted Home Care. Writers may not republish or distribute their submitted and published articles without explicit permission from Ted Home Care.

8. Termination:
Ted Home Care reserves the right to terminate collaboration with any writer at any time due to non-compliance with our guidelines, failure to meet deadlines, or any actions that harm the reputation or operational integrity of Ted Home Care.

9. Amendments to Terms:
These terms and conditions may be amended by Ted Home Care at any time. Any changes will be communicated to active writers and will apply to future submissions.

10. Acceptance of Terms:
By submitting an application, the applicant agrees to these terms and conditions, which form a binding legal agreement between the writer and Ted Home Care. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in rejection of application or termination of collaboration.
